We offer a 30-day return and refund window starting from the date your order is delivered. We accept requests for both defective and non-defective items to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

HASSLE-FREE SOLUTIONS (NO RETURN REQUIRED)

To minimize our environmental footprint and save you time, TrendReactTees.STORE does not require you to physically mail items back to us. If your item is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or if you have simply changed your mind, we will process a Full Refund or a Free Replacement immediately upon approval of your request. You are welcome to keep, donate, or recycle the original item.

HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST

To receive your refund or replacement, please email contact@trendreacttees.store within 30 days of delivery with the following:

Your Order Number.

A brief description of the issue.

A clear photo of the product received (showing the design and/or size tag).

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free). Since no physical return is required, you will never pay for return shipping. 

Restocking Fees: None. 

Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Incorrect Address: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. EU Customers: Per EU law, custom-printed items (Print-on-Demand) are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal; however, our 30-day quality guarantee still applies to all defective or misprinted items.
