OVERVIEW

Because every item at TrendReactTees.STORE is custom-made just for you through our Print-on-Demand fulfillment partners, our shipping process involves two main stages: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME

  • What it is: This is the time it takes for us to receive your order, print the design onto the garment, and package it for shipment.
  • Timeframe: Orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be processed and ready for shipment.
  • Note: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. This time is in addition to the shipping time estimates below.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Please note: All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • We utilize various global fulfillment partners (including Gelato) to ensure the fastest delivery possible. The shipping carrier used will depend on your location and the product ordered.

3. SHIPPING ISSUES AND LIABILITY

Our liability for your order ends once the product has been successfully transferred to the shipping carrier. As stated in our Terms of Service (Section 5), title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen events outside of our control (e.g., weather, global events).
  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages (After Delivery Scan): If the tracking information shows the order was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery scan. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price of your order and are your sole responsibility.
  • TrendReactTees.STORE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding your country's policies before placing your order.
